The Rottweiler puppy has a short to medium length coarse top coat and a waterproof undercoat. Easily spotted, the Rottweiler puppy has a large skull and stocky build. The Rottweiler puppy’s great strength and agility is a direct result of their well proportioned and compact build. Your Rottweiler puppy will grow to be a medium to large size dog. At maturity your male Rottweiler puppy will typically weigh approximately 110 pounds and stand between 24 and 27 inches. The female Rottweiler will weigh in at approximately 95 pounds and stand between 22 and 25 inches. Your Rottweiler puppy will have a life span of approximately 10 years. Rottweiler puppies need to be engaged both mentally and physically, if left on their own they may dig holes or bark loudly for attention. Because Rottweiler puppies come by their dominate personality naturally, they can become aggressive and destructive towards other animals and humans if not trained properly. If socialized and trained properly your Rottweiler puppy will have a wonderful temperament and become a loving companion to all in your home. A well trained Rottweiler puppy is devoted to their owners, eager to please and will get along well with children. |
